The Apex PRD Community Recreation Center is an outstanding facility in many ways, and that is due in large part to a talented and enthusiastic group of volunteers. At the Apex PRD board meeting on February 7, the board met and honored twelve “Seniors Who Shine” for their outstanding community service work in 2012. Here’s a summary:
