On the first Friday of each month, bring the whole family to the Apex Center for an evening of fun that appeals to everyone – and at a bargain price of $10 ($12 non-res.) a person. In early October 2010, Apex Center staff flipped the “on” switch of an extensive solar thermal energy collection system atop the 168,500 square foot recreation center at 13150 W. 72^nd Avenue in Arvada.
