To become a registered user, please contact us at the Apex Center, 13150 W. 72nd Ave., Arvada, 303-424-2739.
To complete your registration, you need a VISA, MasterCard or Discover card for payment. You’ll automatically receive your resident discount when you enter the household number printed on your resident ID card.

Mail-in, Drop-off, Fax and Phone Registration Dates

May 14 – Registration for district Resident ID holders begins.
May 21 – Registration for non-residents begins.

Mail it in:

Mail completed registration form and payment (check, money order, VISA, MasterCard or Discover only) to: Apex Park and Recreation District, 13150 W 72nd Ave., Arvada, CO 80005.

Drop it off:

Drop off completed registration form and payment (check, money order, VISA, MasterCard or Discover only) at any of the facilities listed. Many facilities are open evenings & weekends for drop-off.

Fax it FREE:

Save time and money. Fax your registration to the Apex Center at 303-420-7397, using VISA, MasterCard or Discover only.

Phone it in:

Call any of the facilities listed during operating hours, using VISA, MasterCard or Discover only. A non-refundable $2 processing fee is assessed on all phone-in registrations.

Registration continues until classes fill.
