Foundation hosts successful 36th annual golf tournament

Foundation Golf Tournament

On Friday, September 16, the Apex PRD Foundation hosted its 36th annual golf tournament at Indian Tree Golf Club, 7555 Wadsworth Boulevard, Arvada. A preliminary tally indicates about $22,000 in proceeds, 100% of which will go toward meeting important community recreation needs through Apex Park and Recreation District.

Recent Foundation-funded projects include improvements at the Apex Simms Street Center, a lift on the district’s van, easy-access stairs at Meyers Pool, sponsorship of the free summer concert series and more.
