Partners in Community Service

The Apex Park and Recreation District Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1973. Since then, members, friends and volunteers have raised nearly $1.5 million to help Apex Park and Recreation District expand and improve its facilities and programs. Over the years, the Foundation has completed a wide range of projects–building park pavilions and playgrounds, purchasing equipment for programs, helping meet recreation and transportation needs for youth and seniors, renovating facilities, starting a memorial tree program, and much more.
