Indian Tree staffers take on 100 Hole Challenge for March of Dimes

100 holes in one day…it sounds like a golfer’s impossible dream. On May 13 at Indian Tree Golf Club, 7555 Wadsworth Blvd, Alan Abrams, Operations Manager, and Rudy Castaneda, Assistant Golf Pro, will take on this formidable challenge. During the event, instead of using golf carts, they’ll motor around the course on special golfing Segways, four of which were recently purchased for public use at Indian Tree.
The 100 Hole Challenge is a fund-raiser for the March of Dimes, sponsored by the Colorado Professional Golfers Association Foundation. The March of Dimes is dedicated to improving the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. It carries out this mission through research, community services, education and advocacy to The Colorado PGA Foundation administers the charitable and philanthropic affairs on behalf of the golf professionals within the Colorado Section PGA.
