This program is for players with more court experience, having been exposed to entry level competition through CARA or novice tournaments, play high school tennis, or plan of playing in the fall.
Teams of 4-8 players, of the same gender, age, and ability level, form teams by Wed., May 29. Players encouraged to form teams with their friends or contact the Arvada Tennis Center for assistance helping find an existing team or starting your own. EVERY INTERESTED PLAYER MUST COMPLETE A PLAYER FORM available below, at the Arvada Tennis Center, or by emailing to request one.
- Without this form, we have no idea you are interested!
- Plan ahead and get this form in before the end of the school year so you don’t miss out!
Practices are Wednesdays and Fridays, match play is Mondays. Practice begins on Wed., June 5. The majority of practices are scheduled at the Arvada Tennis Center; a handful of Friday matches will be scheduled later in the day, or off-site, due to overlap with the CARA match schedule. Coaches will keep you informed.
First match is Monday, June 17. Note: Teams will practice on Monday, June 3 and 10 at their scheduled match times and not their regular practice times. Match format is 2 singles and 1 doubles match each week against teams from the metro area. Teams are responsible for their own transportation.
- More information available on page 25, of the spring/summer activity guide on our online registration site.
Contact the Arvada Tennis Center at 303-420-1210 or with additional questions. Coaches will confirm team formation in late May; at that point you may pay the program fee online. Players not placed on a team should consider joining the CARA team and enter tournaments.
