This program teaches children to focus while developing balance, control, basic motor skills and respect for themselves and others.
This program focuses on developing discipline, listening and social skills. These skills are developed through training drills, bag work, partner drills, and physical conditioning exercises designed to build a strong body and mind. Respect, integrity, perseverance, and self control are also emphasized.
