Focus on Fitness

Mothers of toddlers, preschoolers and school-age children: before the holiday season hijacks your calendar, claim some territory for yourself and focus on your health and fitness. For a modest investment of time and money, you can sketch in a good fitness habit for yourself and set a healthy example for your children.

Focus on Fitness meets at Secrest Youth and Teen Center, 6820 W. 66th Ave. It’s a full-body workout that spotlights fundamentals. All levels are welcome and workouts can be modified to fit individual needs and goals. Showers are available on-site and class sizes are kept small (12 maximum) for a quality experience. The next eight-session class starts October 31 and meets Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:30-10:30 am. For this session only, we’re offering the class at a discounted rate of $36 for residents and $46 for non-residents. You can also choose a drop-in option for $8.

Sign up today for the discounted Focus on Fitness class, starting Monday, October 31 and meeting twice a week through November 30. If your child attends Apex PRD preschools or Magical Mornings, Focus on Fitness is held at the same times they’re in those activities!

Register online for activity #112580-03 or call Laina Doyle, 303-403-2555, for more information.
