It would be nice to have the Drop In Class schedule in PDF format on the web, so that we could print out a copy.
Thanks!

The “Print Friendly” button at the top of the post gives a nicely formatted page for printing. it removes the graphics, sidebar, header and just give the text. Let me know if that works for you.

Perfect! Thank you!
Do the Monday and Wednesday evening CardioKick and TurboKick classes fill up quickly? I want to get my daughter into some activity so if we need to show up early we will. Also the beginner cycleburn on Tuesday evening?
The cardio Kickbox and the Turob kickbox classes have quite a few people in them but are not maxed out. As for the Cycleburn spinnning class, there are only 15 bikes, so it is always wise to show up early to those classes. These are all really good classes that will burn a ton of calories, have fun with them.
I would like to get into the Yoga class. Does it fill up?
My daughter and I go on Tuesday to the 6pm class, it is rarely full.
Do you offer any prenatal/maternity classes?
Hello Andrina,
The Apex offers a class called Balancing Motherhood. The next session begins on Tuesday 9/21/10 from 9:00am -10:30am reference number 478400-10. The class has not run the last few times because there is a minimum of 4 needed to be enrolled. If the class does not run, give us a call at the Apex Center 303-424-7773 and we will get you in touch with the instructor. She also does privates.
Thanks for the inquiry,
