A record 365 dogs cooled off and enjoyed water play in Secrest Pool at the 7th annual Apex Park and Recreation District Dog Swim on Sunday, August 23. Great swimming weather and free refreshments combined to attract the crowd of canines and their human companions on the last day of swimming at Secrest for the summer.

Thanks to Paws ‘N Play, Pet Empawrium, Care Animal Hospital, Balanced Dog Training and Rehabilitation, Indian Tree Pet Lodge and Indian Tree Animal Hospital for supporting this popular event. Watch for information in early summer on the 8th annual Dog Swim!
