It’s a new year…and we can help you make those resolutions stick! The Apex Center is offering free fitness testing from 8-10 am and 4:30-6:30 pm on January 13. On January 14, the Apex Center offers a free lecture at 6 pm on headaches and neck pain, hosted by Precision Physical Therapy.
