The word’s out on the street…Pilates is a dynamic, fun way to get in shape. If you’re interested, but want to know more before you sign up for a class, here’s a special offer just for you.
On Saturday, February 20 from noon to 3 pm, the Apex Center is hosting a Pilates open house. Come and see why Pilates has exploded in popularity and what it can do for your strength and well-being! See demonstrations, enjoy free refreshments and sign up for drawings to win free classes and other great prizes. Learn about breathing, focus and core strength and stability that make the Pilates method uniquely effective for great results.
Stop by any time during the open house…it’s free and you don’t need to reserve a space or pay Apex Center admission to attend. For more information, call Guest Services at 303-424-2739.
