The Apex Center’s full-time, comprehensive Pilates program is designed to bring measurable, lasting benefits to every student. Highly qualified, experienced instructors share their expertise and enthusiasm, with state-of-the-art equipment supporting their efforts.
One of the most important components of the Apex Center Pilates program is the emphasis on individual goals and needs. That’s why each new student is required to take a private lesson before enrolling in any class. But there are other great reasons to take private or semi-private lessons. “Any student at any level will see significant results from private sessions; these can even be life-changing,” said Terrell Goodson, Pilates/group exercise coordinator at the Apex Center.
The center recently added a new room that’s designed specifically for private lessons and varied goals and needs. “The equipment in the new private studio includes a Trapeze Table, Ladder Barrel and Combo Chair,” Goodson said. “These offer an excellent opportunity for many ages and abilities to build fitness, confidence and the mind-body connection.”
Perhaps you’re rehabilitating from injuries, or already doing Pilates and looking for more variety, or working on specific issues. Pilates is also a great companion to enhance your personal training program or ramp up your existing fitness routine.
