As in recent years, the popular Senior Prom sold out in 2012, its fifth year. SilverSneakers® members enjoyed dinner, dancing, and entertainment at Indian Tree Golf Club, 7555 Wadsworth Boulevard, on Friday, April 20. This year’s theme was “Singing In The Rain,” but April showers didn’t dampen the fun on this spectacular evening of glitz and glamor.

The success of this year’s Prom is the direct result of many dedicated volunteers, the staff at Indian Tree, Apex Center employees, especially Phyllis Hoffman, who has organized the uniquely themed proms for five years. A special thank you to volunteers Diane Marquez, Ernie Audino, Mike and Myrna Audino, Bob Lanham, and the decorating committee. Sponsors, staff and volunteers outdid themselves on the décor and event planning; many thanks to Home Instead Senior Care as well.
