Square State Skate and Apex PRD team up for Skateboarding Club/Lessons

Square State Skate offers year-round Saturday lessons at Arvada Skate Park

Kids 5-17: Skate, learn old tricks and new tricks, play some skate related games, learn about skateboarding history, and enjoy the unique skateboarding community. Bring your smile, get rad with us and start your Saturdays with the goofballs from Square State Skate who love skateboarding! Each 4-week session is from 9-10:30 am on Saturdays. The fee is $80 for residents and $96 for non-residents. Several one-day drop-in sessions are also on the schedule; they’re $20 for residents and $24 for non-residents. Skateboarding club in session for active fun on school holidays!

Join the guys from Square State Skate on your days off from school at the Arvada Skate Park, just east of the Apex Center. Skate the park, try new tricks, show off current skills and travel on the Square State Skate bus to visit other local parks. Parents: your kids will be supervised all day long while they skate until they are ready to crawl into bed! Drop-off time is 8:30 am, pick-up time is 3:30 pm. For ages 5-17; helmet and skateboard required. The next dates for Skateboarding Club are November 19, 20 and 21. Register online for activity #179005 or at the Guest Services desk in the Apex Center.
