Tiny Tigers KarateThis program teaches children to focus while developing balance, control, basic motor skills and respect for themselves and others.
Youth KarateThis program focuses on developing discipline, listening and social skills. These skills are developed through training drills, bag work, partner drills, and physical conditioning exercises designed to build a strong body and mind. Help plant hope! April is Child Abuse Prevention Month, and in recognition and support, the Apex Center will host a satellite Pinwheel Garden for the Ralston House Child Advocacy Center. To sponsor a pinwheel for $5, stop by Guest Services. The goal is to raise $10,000 for Ralston House services and to raise awareness of child abuse in the community. Bright blue pinwheels are a symbol of child abuse prevention awareness across the nation.
