Support the Arvada Community Food Bank by playing tennis around the clock, from Friday, August 24 to Saturday, August 25! It’s the third annual Round the Clock Racquet Rally, a benefit for the Arvada Community Food Bank. Choose one time slot or more — play as much or as little as you’d like, in a 24 hour period. Our goal is have matches playing every hour. Hunger never sleeps, why should we?
Event highlights:
Hourly drawing for players
Massages by Heritage College – 30 minutes for $10 food bank donation
Free Sunday breakfast and snacks throughout the event
Raffle for additional prizes
Drills and Games at scheduled at various times throughout the event
Friday evening barbecue $5 and live music – open to the community, with proceeds going to the Arvada Food Bank. Brought to you by Apex Park and Recreation District
Event format:
Doubles play best 2 out of 3 sets, with a 10-point tiebreaker for the 3rd set. Register for at least one 2-hour increment that fits your schedule. You’re not to young/old to play, provided you can serve and rally.
Dates: Friday, August 24-Saturday, August 25, 5 pm-5 pm
Cost: Adults (19 and up) $25
Youth (5-18) $20
Family Rate: $55
$20 of Adult, $15 of Youth, $45 of Family rates are tax deductible.
There’s something for everyone, even if you don’t play. Bring the family for dinner Friday evening, for a donation and listen to live music. Drill court and youth game court at various times over the weekend. Thirty minute massages by Heritage College on Friday evening.
All money raised goes to the Arvada Community Food Bank. Bring your friends, neighbors, family, friends, and non-perishable food donations.

I noticed that the Adult age group is 19-55….does that mean that I am too old to do this???? I am 65…isn’t there a SUPER SENIOR group? :-)
