Pay tribute to the men and women who put their lives on the line for our freedom – and learn about the most famous battleships to engage in combat on the sea. On Wednesday, November 14 from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. at the Community Recreation Center, 6842 Wadsworth Blvd., historian Tom Keller presents stories from our naval military history. Afterward, stick around and enjoy a slice of pie.
This event is free for veterans and their families; all others, $2. Veterans, you’re encouraged to wear a hat or badge from your military service! This event is sponsored by Humana; please register by November 12.
Register for class #126009-01 online or by calling the Community Recreation Center at 303-425-9583.
