“Go Fourth” marks major improvements, changes at Apex PRD

On Monday, December 4, we’re launching a wide array of improvements at Apex Park and Recreation District. We invite you to “Go Fourth” with us! Here are the highlights:

1. A new registration platform

After years of planning and research, we have chosen to update our registration platform to MaxGalaxy, which will provide a more convenient experience for our staff and guests. To start using the new system, visit http://apexprd.maxgalaxy.net/Home.aspx.

Here are a few features of MaxGalaxy:

-Making your full schedule of activities available to you online and allowing you to synchronize them to your calendar; reserving a spot for select drop-in classes; and an improved web portal with a reliable search function.
-MaxGalaxy is entirely hosted on the cloud using the highest rated available encryption technology to protect customer account and payment data.
-The cloud hosted solution also enables us to better continue business uninterrupted in the event of power loss.

2. An upgraded website

Thanks to cost savings on the new registration platform, we were also able to include an upgraded website and logo redesign in our overall improvement plan. The new website makes its debut on November 30, with features designed to simplify and strengthen your connection with us.

3. An updated logo

We’re proud to “Go Fourth” with a dynamic new Apex Park and Recreation District logo. It also carries a visual reminder to “Aspire, Advance, Achieve” as we enter a new era.

4. Three activity guides per year

Apex PRD residents will get an activity guide every four months, beginning with the issue that’s arriving now. For 2018, the three guides will cover activities from January to April, May to August, and September to December. This new schedule was developed to help you plan and to bring you more up-to-date activities.

Come celebrate with us…visit an Apex facility today, learn about all the exciting changes and get ready for an exciting 2018! For the latest updates on bond projects and a full slate of winter activities, check out the new activities guide, arriving in residents’ mailboxes beginning the week of December 4, or visit apexprd.org.
