Take your workout to the next level with our Apex in the Zone small group classes. By utilizing a training method called “Zone Based Training,” effort levels are put into separate and organized zones to improve cardiorespiratory endurance, burn fat, build muscle, and improve overall fitness levels. These workouts are designed to keep you in certain “zones” for better fitness results during and after workouts.
Members and guests can also utilize our OnBeat heart rate monitor system with their own heart rate monitor bands while they exercise in the center. Ask our guest services staff and we will connect you to our OnBeat system and give you access to display your workouts while you exercise.
