Track and Cross Country

Register for Mini Track and Field

Ages 3-6

Mini Track and Field athletes will learn basic running, jumping, and throwing skills through weekly practices with our coaches. Athletes will put their skills to the test at track meets with other recreation agencies. Offered in June-July.

Mini Track and Field is a member of the Colorado Association of Recreational Athletics (CARA), an organization that promotes youth and adult athletics throughout Colorado. CARA was designed to be a platform for athletes to develop skills in a semi-competitive environment.

Meets will be held throughout various locations in the Denver Metro area. Athletes will compete in multiple dash distances like the 100-meter and 6 x 50 relay. In addition, they will compete in the standing long jump and baseball throw.

Ages 7-16

Youth Track and Field coaches will teach basic running, jumping, and throwing skills through weekly practice. Athletes will put their skills to the test at track meets with other local recreational agencies. Offered in June-July.

Register for Youth Cross Country

Ages 8-14

Our Cross Country team makes long-distance endurance training fun. Distances vary per age group and gradually build up to a 5k. Meets are held on the weekends in various Front Range cities. Offered August-October.

Youth Cross Country is a member of the Colorado Association of Recreational Athletics (CARA), an organization that promotes youth and adult athletics throughout Colorado. CARA was designed to be a platform for athletes to develop skills in a semi-competitive environment.

Meets will be held throughout various locations in the Denver Metro area. Athletes will compete in race distances based on their age group and gradually work their way up to running longer distances.
