Apex Park and Recreation District Board of Directors election is May 3. If you would like to receive your ballot by mail, you must request a Permanent Absentee Voter (PAV) form, complete the form, and return it. Absentee ballots begin mailing April 4. Deadline to turn in a form to receive your ballot by mail is April 26.

Once you receive your ballot, you may return it by mail, or put it in the ballot box located at Guest Services inside the Apex Center, 13150 W 72nd Ave, Arvada, CO 80005.
