Barbell Strength Training Begins

Ready to take your strength training up a notch? Barbell Strength Training is a new class that encompasses multiple formats of strength training including barbells, dumbbells, bands, stability, and core training. This is a perfect introduction for anyone who would like to learn the proper mechanics of strength training while focusing on muscular strength, core, and endurance. Class is open to all ability levels.
