Deep Water Bootcamp Begins
February 3, 7:00 am-8:00 am MST
This no-impact, high intensity program will focus on cardiovascular strength and endurance as well as flexibility, range of motion, and core strength. Classes are held in the deeper water of the pool and participants will use flotation belts, barbells, and noodles. This program will benefit those looking for a more challenging workout and as a no-impact alternative to conditioning on land. This class is designed to burn fat and increase cardiovascular fitness, range of motion, and muscle tone. No swimming skills are necessary.Register Here
