Are you great and over eighty? Participants will gain insights into conversations about healthcare preferences and the best ways to ensure their wishes for care through the end of life are honored. Explore topics such as identifying a healthcare agent, basic advance care planning, advance directives, how to have “the conversation,” building a support network and accessing community resources. It is designed for individuals navigating the journey of aging alone or in partnership with others. A light snack will be served. Please register in advance.
