The hike group is heading to South Valley Park for a hike featuring unique red rock formations with views of Denver, the tech center and parts of the Rocky Mountains. The well-maintained trail meanders through uplifted rocks and travels over the ridgeline into a canyon on the eastern side of the park. Footwear traction may be required.
