Youth Speed and Agility Clinics Begin

For youth athletes wanting to be strong, conditioned, and at the top of their game. This class for youth ages 6-15 will focus on strength, quick first step, and ability to move forward, backward, and side to side and gain seconds on an opponent. Work on body positions and posture while using peripheral vision. We use recoil cords, victory ropes, plyo boxes, parachutes, and more to increase speed and first step.
