New Drop-in Group Fitness Classes

We are excited to announce new group fitness classes at Apex Center and Fitzmorris Recreation Center designed to fit your schedule.

Apex Center

  • Monday and Wednesday, 9:15 am: Cardio Boot Camp
  • Wednesday, 9:30 am: Yoga Sculpt
  • Tuesday and Thursday, 10 am: Mat Pilates

Fitzmorris Recreation Center

  • New evening classes starting at 4:30 pm.
