Register

Apex Park and Recreation District’s current registration system, MaxGalaxy, has been acquired by ACTIVENet, necessitating the district to change to the new system. ACTIVENet’s online and in-person registration will allow our community to conveniently access Apex programs, activities, classes, and more anywhere, anytime. We appreciate your patience while we make this transition.

During the final phases of the conversion to the new system (occurring September 17-22), customers will still have access to our website but will be unable to look at classes, sign up for classes, or create an account. Guest Services at all Apex facilities will be available in person or by phone to provide customers with any needed registration assistance during this time. The new system is expected to be live to the public beginning September 23.

Updating Password

We are working diligently with our new system provider to ensure a smooth transition of your account information, however, please note that you will need to change your password once the new system is up and running. The first time you visit the main ACTIVENet login page, simply click the Forgot Password link and update your password from there. Your username should be your email. Mail it in:

Mail completed Registration Form and payment (check, money order, VISA, MasterCard or Discover only) to: Apex Park and Recreation District, 13150 W 72nd Ave., Arvada, CO 80005.

Drop it off:

Drop off completed Registration Form and payment (check, money order, VISA, MasterCard or Discover only) at any of the facilities listed. Many facilities are open evenings and weekends for drop-off.

Phone it in:

Call any of the facilities listed during operating hours, using VISA, MasterCard or Discover only. A non-refundable $2 processing fee is assessed on all phone-in registrations.
