Facility Updates

The Fitzmorris Recreation Center will look a bit different as layouts have been modified to spread equipment out. Bring only what you need and can keep with you. Restrooms are available.

Available Equipment

A variety of cardio equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, a rower, stair stepper, circuit equipment, free weights, TRX.

To improve the safety of the facility for all guests, patrons are required to wipe down equipment after use. A staff member will disinfect the equipment after each use.

Facility guests should come ready to workout. Guests should bring their own water bottle as drinking fountains will be unavailable. Bottle fillers are available.

Youth/62+: Res. $4.25 (non-res. $5)
Adult: Res. $4.75 (non-res. $5.75)

Passholder Activation Information

Tier 1, Tier 2, and Punch Cards are available for purchase. Your membership will get you access to

  • Cardio/Weight Room at the Secrest Recreation Center
  • Gymnasium
  • Warm Water Wellness Pool

SilverSneakers, Renew Active and Silver&Fit insurance-based memberships will also be accepted for access to these amenities.

Group Fitness classes are offered in a hybrid model and can be accessed virtually or in-person by reservation.

Facility Use Commitments

Any facility or program that opens during the phased reopening will comply with current state and county public health recommendations and will adhere to strict safety protocols for both patrons and staff. Please make the following commitments:

  • I will stay home if I feel sick
  • I will practice social distancing and not gather in large groups.
  • I will wash my hands often or use hand sanitizer when available.
  • I will cover my mouth and nose when I cough or sneeze.
  • Mask-wearing requirements apply to everyone indoors, including people exercising. If you are in an indoor room with other patrons who are not a part of your household, then you need to wear a mask. You may remove it temporarily if you need to catch your breath or safely perform an activity but wear a mask as much as feasible.
