The dance programs at Apex offer a progressive pathway from basic parent-child movement classes through technical teen classes. Dancers start their path with programs at age 5 and younger and will explore preliminary dance techniques and rhythms. As they develop skills and move to the youth and teen ages, dancers can make a seamless transition into programs provided by our partner, Full Circle Dance, a private dance company contracted with Apex to teach in our facilities. All youth dance classes are held at the Simms Street Recreation Center.
