The Apex Park and Recreation District believes that residents should have access to basic recreation services regardless of their ability to pay. Through the Community Access Fund district residents with current Apex Park and Recreation District ID cards can apply for financial assistance to recreation programs and facilities. Your request will be reviewed and remain confidential.
To request a scholarship please complete the Community Access Fund Scholarship Application no later than three weeks prior to the start of the program.

Consideration for donations is given to non-profit organizations within Apex Park and Recreation District boundaries. The district also gives priority to non-profit organizations with a strong tie-in to community recreation.
As a special district and governmental entity, Apex PRD is not able to donate cash, and we are limited in the number of facility and activity passes or certificates we can donate. According to law, non-profit organizations requesting in-kind donations are required to provide the district advertising/promotion at their fund-raiser event or internal newsletter in exchange for our donation.
