Meaghan Freeby is a licensed massage therapist specializing in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and sports massage. Her balanced, holistic approach to wellness is inspired by her own healing journey, which began years ago with the simple act of meditation. She found that the five small minutes set aside for herself every day led to big changes in her relationships with friends and family, as well as with herself.
Her mission as a massage therapist is to provide a moment of self-care that can, hopefully, create a chain of positive, healthy changes for her clients. Meaghan believes that because we are all connected, our well-being is a collaborative effort. By taking care of ourselves, we are better able to take care of others. The smallest act of self-care can have a huge impact on our journey to wellness. Take time for yourself and book a massage with Meaghan.
