The Arvada Tennis Center is a seasonal, lighted, 8-court facility with a small, pro-shop that offers racquet stringing. Group lessons for youth and adults are available, as well as privates, semi-privates and small group. Selected as Facility of the Year in 2009, the Arvada Tennis Center offers drills, special events, USTA sanctioned tournaments, and programs for juniors. All staff is certified and/or has participated in instructional workshops, in addition to Apex PRD training.

Monitored Hours: May-September: Monday through Friday 5-9 pm. Saturday and Sunday 7:30 am-noon. Fees are $8 per hour/court. Courts are free for public play, outside of monitored hours when no scheduled leagues/activities/rentals are taking place. Courts/ball machine may be reserved by calling 303-420-1210.

The download the current activity guide for a complete listing of youth/adult lessons available, as well as additional information. Bring a racquet if you have one, or borrow one of ours. Balls and close toed shoes required. Participants should wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle.

The Arvada Tennis Center offers instruction for youth 3.5 years of age through adult. Traditional lessons as well as 10 and under tennis, played on smaller courts with transitional equipment are part of our regular programming. The majority of instruction takes place at the tennis center with Meadowlake Park, Lake Arbor Park and Majestic View Park as additional locations during the busy summer months.

Privates, semi-private and small group lessons available, as well.

Tennis Ladder

Up/Down Tennis

Pairs an able-bodied player with a wheelchair player. Chair player may have 2 bounces to return the ball. League play begins in May. Nominal league fee; no USTA membership needed.
