The Racquetball and Fitness Center (RFC) is a non-membership facility. Entry into the facility includes a cardio area, weights, racquetball, shuttles, and a sauna. The RFC features seven regulation racquetball/handball courts and offers a variety of programs, including weight training, drop-in group fitness classes, racquetball lessons, leagues, and shuttles.

SilverSneakers, Renew Active, Silver&Fit, Active&Fit, Prime, Medicare/Medicaid One Pass, One Pass Commercial, Well On Target, Mutually Well, and other insurance-based memberships are also accepted for cardio, weight room, and drop-in activities.

Racquetball

  • Ages 12 and over.

Weight Room

  • Ages 16 and over.
  • 12 to 15-year-olds may use weights after completing a weight training class or a personal weight training session.

Racquetball Leagues

Join the racquetball leagues at the Racquetball and Fitness Center. Play different partners each week for 8 weeks. Racquetball Shuttle Schedule

Players must sign up and pay on the day of the shuttle.

Personal Weight Training

SilverSneakers

SilverSneakers members can visit the Racquetball and Fitness Center racquetball courts, cardio, and weight areas free of charge. Contact your insurance provider to see if you are eligible for the program. Please stop by the front desk to obtain the requirements and enroll.

Senior Fit: A small group fee-based class taught by a certified personal trainer. Learn a variety of exercises that improve muscular strength, bone density, balance, and coordination using free weights and other fitness accessories. Drop-in SilverSneakers Group Fitness Classes

SilverSneakers Yoga: This yoga class will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
