Call To Order

President Pyne called to order the May 19, 2025, meeting of the Apex Park and Recreation District Board of Directors, held at 2:00 pm at the Apex Center. The board members in attendance in person were Vicki Pyne, Liz Tomsula, Jo Burns, Rich Garrimone and Lynn Emrick. District employees in attendance were Katie Groke – Community Services Director-Recording Secretary; Brook-Lyn Greenwood – Recreation Manager; and Tara Torline – Director of HR.

Approval of Agenda

MOTION: Director Burns moved to approve the agenda. Director Garrimone seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.

New Business

· Board elections for the offices of the President, Vice-President and Treasurer/Secretary – Jeff Glenn

Mr. Glenn and Ms. Groke handed out nomination forms and ballots, results are as follows:

President:

Nominations –

Four nominations for Vicki Pyne, one for Jo Burns

• Pyne accepted the nomination

Vote –

Four votes for Vicki Pyne, one for Jo Burns

• Pyne was voted in as President

Vice-President:

Nominations-

Four nominations for Liz Tomsula, one for Jo Burns

• Tomsula accepted the nomination

Vote –

Four votes for Liz Tomsula, one for Jo Burns

• Tomsula was voted in as Vice-President
