Principal Micah Porter walks the halls of Arvada West High School, and his take on how our teens are doing these days is all positive. From hyping his students, saddling up next to his teachers, and building real connections, Micah is the real deal.

2025, whew. She did not come to play. She stretched us, challenged us and taught us many lessons. Growth doesn't always look glamorous; sometimes it is messy, loud and full of sweatpants and questionable ponytails. We learned love shows up in big and small ways through shared conversations, lots of belly laughs, "you've got this" texts, and some tears. We were brave, honest, and we did it. Katie and Monica spill the tea on our biggest "OMG we made it" moments, the plot twists we never saw coming, our breakthroughs, gratitude wrapped in big huge bows and what our words are for 2026.
