Youth Advisory Board
The Youth Advisory Board (YAB) is for 6-12 grade students in the Arvada articulation area. This initiative brings about positive change and creates meaningful opportunities for youth in the community. The board is comprised of students committed to addressing their peers' needs and concerns while working with the Apex Park and Recreation District Board of Directors, local organizations, schools and community leaders. The goal is to build a diverse group of students to help guide our board and serve as the youth voice in creating a healthy Apex PRD community, physically, socially and emotionally.
