Fitness Instructor Shout Out

The Apex Park and Recreation District is seeking members to shout out their favorite instructors. Please help us continue to offer some of the best fitness classes in town by letting us know how we're doing. Attend your favorite class and give us feedback through a short survey. Your insights will help our amazing fitness instructors continue to deliver the highest quality classes and enhance the overall member experience.

We are looking for:

• Did the instructor wear proper attire?
• Did they introduce themselves?
• Did the instructor explain what equipment you would use during class?
• Was appropriate music played during class?
• Did the instructor make appropriate modifications during class for those who needed it?
