Register for Youth Weightlifting

Youth weightlifting is designed to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of strength training in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Led by certified strength and conditioning coaches, this program emphasizes proper technique and exercise progressions to increase athletic ability, prevent injury and develop healthy habits.
