The McCormack Hall

The McCormack Hall is ideal for wedding receptions, anniversary parties, banquets, quinceaneras, and more. It includes tables and chairs for up to 296 guests and has a raised platform stage. Fees begin at Res. $230 (non-res. $300) per hour.

Meeting Rooms and Classrooms

Rooms can accommodate up to 48 guests. The fee is Res. $65 (non-res. $90) per hour.

The Clubhouse at Indian Tree Golf Club, 303.467.7179, features meeting rooms of various sizes, a restaurant and catering capabilities for every need.

Book an Art, Gymnastics or Sports Party

Join us at the Simms Street Recreation Center to celebrate your next birthday. We offer facility rentals, which include time in the gymnastics gym and Party Room, or art parties, which include time for an art activity and food and presents in the same room.

Guidelines

Fee: Res. $260 (non-res. $315) is due at the time of booking. Due to high demand, party reservations and fees are non-refundable.

Party Room

• The room is available for setup 10 minutes before your allotted rental time. The last 15 minutes of your hour-long room rental are reserved for clean-up.
• Minimal decorations are welcome. Do not affix anything to the walls, ceilings, or windows. Glassware (including crock pots), glitter, confetti, piñatas, popcorn, gum, and spray string are not allowed.
• All parties must supply their own party supplies, including plates, cups, birthday candles, lighters, cake-cutting utensils, etc.
• Room cleaning is the renter's responsibility. Cleaning must be completed within the allotted 15-minute period at the end of the rental.
• Cleaning responsibilities include removing all trash from the floors and tables and placing it in bags, wiping down tables with any food residue removed, and sweeping the floor.
• The renter is responsible for the condition of the room. If it is left excessively dirty or with unauthorized decorations, a $50 cleaning fee will be assessed. Please check out with the staff before departure to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Smoking and alcohol are not permitted.
• Room rental agreement rules also apply to art and sports parties, although food for those rentals will be contained in the Art Room and gymnasium, not the Party Room.

Gymnastics Parties

• Gymnastics parties are offered on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
• All parties consist of 1 hour in the gymnastics gym, 45 minutes in the Party Room, and a 15-minute room rental cleaning time.
• A maximum of 24 people may attend the party. This includes children and any supervising adults. This ensures compliance with the Party Room's capacity requirements.
• Participants can play freely in the gym. Adults are not allowed to use any gymnastics equipment.
• No balloons, food, or drink are permitted in the gymnastics gym.

Gymnastics Gym Rentals

Gather some friends and have a fabulous time with a private reservation in the gymnastics gym. Reservations include one hour of exclusive access to the gymnastics gym for up to 24 participants.

Fee: Res. $130 (non-res. $145) per hour.

Art Parties

• Clay parties are available for ages 5 and up; Fused glass parties are available for ages 8 and up.
• All art parties will have a maximum of 12 people. Due to the room's limited capacity, only the birthday child's parent will be allowed to stay for the party.
• Food and gifts will be allowed at the last forty-five minutes of the two-hour party in the Art Room. The renter is responsible for food clean-up.
• Days and times will depend on the availability of an instructor.

Sports Parties

• Sports parties are available on Saturdays (April-September) and on Sundays year-round.
• Reservations may be scheduled during the following time blocks: 12-2 pm or 2:30-4:30 pm.
• Each reservation includes two hours of exclusive use of the sports gymnasium.
• Table arrangements may be customized with a selection of round or rectangular tables, along with enough seating for guests.
• Parties may accommodate up to 18 children. Additional children may be included for an added staffing fee.
• Guests are welcome to engage in open play within the gymnasium. Optional enhancements may be arranged before the event, including a ninja course, a bounce house, basketball, volleyball, or other customizable activities.
• This setting provides a structured, enjoyable environment designed to support a memorable and well‑organized celebration.

Gymnasium

The gymnasium is available for rent only during open gym time. There is limited availability in the evenings. No food or drink is allowed.

Fee: Res. $116 (non-res. $150) per hour.

Inline Skate Rink

The inline rink is located outside Secrest Recreation Center on the south side of the outdoor pool. Bring your own equipment, or rent our hockey sticks and balls.

Fee: Res. $38 (non-res. $50) per hour.

Park Pavilion

Fee: Res. $20 (non-res. $28) per hour.

Add-Ons

• 10 hockey sticks and 2 balls: Res. $42 (non-res. $56).
• Bounce house: Res. $85 (non-res. $110).
• Equipment rental requires a $100 damage deposit. If all equipment is returned in good working condition, the deposit will be refunded.

Activity Room

Fee: Res. $128 (non-res. $153) per hour.

Gym and Activity Room Party

Two hours of exclusive, private use of the gym and the Activity Room. Amenities include a pool table, air hockey table and foosball table. Not available in June, July or August.

Fee: Res. $300 (non-res. $390).

Activity Room, Outdoor Cabana and 20 Wristbands to the Outdoor Pool

Fee: Res. $245 (non-res. $271).

• You are responsible for cleaning the room and vacating it by the end of your reservation. Please pick up all trash off the floors and tables and place it in bags.
• You are welcome to decorate tables and have balloons; please do not affix anything to the walls, ceilings, or windows. Glassware, glitter, confetti, piñatas, popcorn, gum, and spray string are prohibited. Please have any crafts or outside vendors approved.
• No outside tables or chairs are allowed in the Activity Room or gym.
• Smoking and alcohol are not permitted.
• You are responsible for the condition of the room. If it is left excessively dirty or with unauthorized decorations, a $50 cleaning fee is assessed. Please check with the staff before you leave to make sure everything is acceptable.
• Damaged or lost equipment: The customer shall pay for any damage to or loss of the equipment outside of reasonable wear and tear, regardless of the cause of the damage. Equipment damaged beyond repair shall be paid for by the customer at its replacement cost, determined as of the date of this agreement.
• Due to high demand, there are no fee refunds for cancellations or changes. All rentals are non-refundable.

Checking in and Admissions

Check in at guest services upon arrival.

Booking is not complete until you are contacted by guest services. Reservations are subject to availability. A guest services member will contact you within 48 hours of the scheduled submission.

Outdoor Pickleball Courts

Racquetball Court Rental

Indoor Field Rentals

The Apex Field House, home to two indoor 30 x 60-yard turf fields, is available for rental. It can be used to hold team practices, private group leagues, clinics, or parties after leagues. Space is limited. Call 303.431.9600 for rental information.

Field Rental Hourly Fees

• September-March: Res. $150 (non-res. $185)
• April-August: Res. $120 (non-res. $150)

Outdoor Field Rentals

The city of Arvada manages the permitting and scheduling of organized sports activities on the city’s public fields. Questions regarding the field maintenance issues and reservations can be directed to the city’s parks team at [email protected].
