Workout Plan to Go is a fitness plan designed for people who desire a training program to adhere to on their own while addressing fitness goals, including but not limited to increasing muscle mass, burning fat, improving mobility, and enhancing overall health.
To request a workout plan, please fill out the Workout Plans to Go Program Request Form.
All new participants must complete the Personal Training PAR Q before starting a program.

A General Workout Plan to Go is for individuals familiar with fitness equipment and who desire a training program to adhere to on their own. These workout plans are designed to address general fitness goals, including but not limited to increasing muscle mass, burning fat, improving mobility, and enhancing overall health. A certified personal trainer designs all programs.
Register for Specialty Workout Plan to Go
A Specialty Workout Plan to Go is a customized training program to adhere to on your own and tailored to achieve your specific fitness goals. Goals can include but are not limited to increasing sports performance, postural correction, training for endurance events, and correction of muscle imbalance. A certified personal trainer designs all programs.
