Apex Preschool Registration Form

Registration will be taken at the Secrest Recreation Center, 6820 W. 66th Ave., and is open until spots are filled. Our Kinder Kids program qualifies for funding through Universal Preschool (UPK). You can find out more information about Universal Preschool by visiting UPK Colorado.

Please complete the Preschool Registration Form before registration on May 6. Please bring proof of your child's date of birth to registration.
