Registration: To register, complete this form, email it to [email protected] or bring it to Secrest Recreation Center, 6820 W. 66th Ave., Arvada, CO, 80003. Online registration may be available.
Please have an updated credit card in the system if you plan to utilize the monthly payment plan option. Please be advised that if your credit card declines, you will have 5 days to rectify the issue before your child is withdrawn from the program. Monthly payments will begin in August 2025 and continue for nine months. Monthly service charges apply to the payment plan option.
Withdrawal from Preschool: If the child is no longer going to attend preschool (leaving in mid-year), parents need to notify the teacher and complete a withdrawal form. A month’s payment will still be collected.
Registration Fee: Please note that upon registration into an Apex Preschool program, you will need to pay a Res. $80 (non-res. $100) nonrefundable registration fee. This registration fee does not apply to your tuition; it is a one-time, nonrefundable registration fee only.
Must be 3 years old on or before October 1.
Children must be toilet-trained and not in diapers or pull-ups to be eligible for this class.
Monthly Payment Option (2 days a week): Res. $229/month (non-res. $297/month).
Monthly Payment Option (3 days a week): Res. $346/month (non-res. $450/month).
Monthly Payment Option (5 days a week): Res. $575/month (non-res. $747/month).
Preschool at Lake Arbor, Campbell Cottage, and Fitz Kids: Ages 3-5. Up to five days a week from 8:30 am-12 pm. This class qualifies for Universal Preschool for children who turn 4 by October 1, 2025. This class is a play-based program designed to educate, nurture, and create individual opportunities for your preschoolers to excel. This preschool is available up to 5 days a week from 8:30 am-12 pm, or you can customize your preschool experience by selecting 2 or 3-day options.

Back-to-school nights will be in August before school starts. We will send out parent packets in the last week of July. Please fill out those forms and bring them to the parent meetings.
