Discover Indian Cooking with Akila

A Mother’s Day special. Join Akila in learning about these restaurant-worthy dishes from scratch. This class is a demonstration and partly hands-on. Participants will enjoy the entire meal after class. Papad: Indian-style chips. Vegetable Biryani: basmati rice cooked with vegetables, herbs and spices. Cucumber raita: a refreshing yogurt-based salad. Egg roast/fry: hard-boiled eggs coated with spices and shallow fried. Malai Kulfi: this Indian-style ice cream is a fantastic summer dessert.
