Feel Good Field Trips (FGFT). Explore local nonprofit organizations dedicated to supporting the diverse needs of our communities. Each month, join us for a guided tour of a local agency to learn about its mission, the services it provides, and opportunities to get involved. Participants are encouraged to bring a donation for the featured agency if they wish. In January we will visit Women’s Bean Project in Denver. Women’s Bean Project provides job training and employment to women facing significant barriers to work, selling high-quality food products made by these women to support their mission. Please meet at the Community Recreation Center, 6842 Wadsworth Blvd., by 10:30 am. Before our tour we will have lunch at a local restaurant. Cost of lunch is on your own. Please bring money for lunch.
