We are heading to Boulder for an easy-rated sunset hike, and you are invited. Join us as we explore the Flatirons Vista Trail, which features some of the best views of the Flatirons outside of Boulder. Keep your eye out for birds of prey hunting along the grasslands and woodlands below the mountains. After the hike, we’ll stop at The Flats Beer Garden ($10-20) for optional food and beverages.3.5 miles round-trip.285 feet of elevation gain. Starting elevation: 6000 feet. Level of Exertion (LOE): 1-2. Please bring a bag lunch, hydration, and recommended hiking equipment. Transportation is included. Meet at the Community Recreation Center, 6842 Wadsworth Blvd., before 4:45 pm.
