Join us as we enjoy preparing, cooking, eating, and cleaning up in the Community Recreation Center's fabulous kitchen. Keto friendly pork chops, and keto biscuits made with almond flour. To finish off the meal, we will make a little something sweet together.

This group is for those providing care for a loved one. Meet in a safe space to support those going through caregiver fatigue, discuss options and resources to support you as the caregiver and connect with others who understand the difficulty and challenges of the caregiver role. It is free, but advanced registration is appreciated.
