Witches Night Out Vendor Application

Friday, October 25, 6 pm-9 pm

Grab your witch hats and brooms for a bewitching night out. Slip into your finest witchy wear and join us for a spellbinding girl's night out at the Community Recreation Center. Prepare for an evening filled with enchanting music, spine-tingling giveaways, spooky snacks, witchy booths with items to purchase, and other magical surprises.

Please input your information as you would like it listed in the event program.

The spot is secured when payment is received. Payment is due 10 days before the event. Checks should be payable to Apex Park and Recreation District, or call 303.467.7197 to pay by credit card.

Vendor Information

Vendors are provided with two chairs and an 8-foot table to display information/goods. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tablecloths. Refreshments for exhibitors and participants are served during the event. The vendor setup begins 45 minutes before the event; please let us know if you need more time. We promote this activity through The Rundown (twice-a-month email), Active Adult Highlights (monthly newsletter), 50+ Marketplace News and Prime Time for Seniors, and other local media.
